OVER EIGHT THOUSAND NEW HOMES PLANNED FOR THE HILLS DISTRICT

21 December, 2016

The Hills area is exploding with 8350 homes planned over the next five years according to the latest statistics from the Department of Planning and Environmental forecasts.

Thousands of jobs are being created in the area as part of Sydney’s biggest construction boom. White Square Properties will release 20 new opportunities to purchase a home in the epicentre of The Hills action in Kellyville on the 21 January.

John Castellano, Group Sales and Marketing Manager for White Square Properties said, “The area is thriving – there are several cranes on the horizon, new shopping centres underway, new train lines being built, apartment projects going up and new home frames dotted across the landscape. Enquiry is very strong for the new homes, especially from first home buyers and investors.

“The proximity to infrastructure either existing or under construction including schools, the North West Rail Link and shopping complexes is fueling demand for new homes in Kellyville. Buyers are also comparing new home prices to new apartments in the area. Three bed units are selling for around $830,000 compared to four bed homes for under $800,000.

He added, “Buyers are realising that for the same price they can almost double the size of their purchase which also includes a backyard for entertaining and pets to utilize.”

Four bed house and land packages are priced from $795,000 with land sizes ranging from 240 to 360 sqm. Double storey home sizes start at 23 squares.

A selection of open plan living designs with contemporary facades and inclusions are available. Features include alfresco dining spaces, European appliances, walk in pantry and an ensuite to the main bedroom.

The land parcel, located at 140 – 162 Hezlett Road Kellyville, is within a five kilometre radius from Rouse Hill Town Centre, The Outlook Nature Reserve, future Kellyville Train Station, Caddies Creek Sports Complex Reserve and The North Village.

Several schools are also within five kilometres from the subdivision including Rouse Hill Public School, Rouse Hill High School, Ironbark Ridge Public School, Beaumont Hills Public School, Good Start Early Learning, Kellyville Ridge Public School and John xxii Catholic Primary School.
